The new App is cumbersome. I kept having to relog-in. The user interface is difficult for my elderly mother. 
I cannot log in to generate a QR code to log in on the telly as it seems that my phone no and e-mail is not up to date. When i went to do it, it is all up-to-date. Then nothing. It kept telling me to update my details. What the xxxx

Installed 2.0, dia kata cannot connect to phone number or email address. Masuk profile, boleh pulak connect, they are still the same, nothing changed. Clicked watch through app, dia buka balik unifi 2.0, then it asked to masuk balik old app and login from there. Lepas login dia masuk balik unifi 2.0, cannot connect to my phone number or email again. Going round round round. Unusable.

The complicated upgrade method made me spend an hour setting up my Google TV. The app doesn’t work in Children Account (loading circle) so i need to allow it to an adult Google account. i practice parental control but now i have to uninstall others apps like playstore to keep my son from
installing other apps

Hope there’s a revision to the UX to make it more user friendly especially the channels selection part. Kindly remember that what makes it looks ok on phone does not means it will work on a TV where you can only use the remote for navigation. What you guys had before was way better than this upgrade.

Hi admin, sorry to say about this new update seem not a user friendly because I’m not able to search all channel category such as news, documentary, entertainment, interface more follow to Astro Guide. Please bring back to SELECTION like previous Apps. Easy to navigate which channel what we want to watch. Because I have OLD PARENT that always watch this. So frustated with this new update. Please change it admin, thank you.
