This App is a source to take money from you, no matter what you do or say no refund will ever come out from them… I have not much experience with these apps, so on the 16th September 2024 when I was exploring how does this app works, without knowing or realising, I made two payments one of €49.99 and another of €31.71 when I received the notification of payments I immediately contacted there costumer support because I couldn’t find anything that I could cancel payments from the app, until then it has only passed 25 minutes… Normally when this happens I get the confirmation for the refund and normally will take 5 working days, but no this time with this app no money back no nothing. So be careful, this app will take your money and if something goes wrong it’s only you that will lose your money because nobody will pay you back incase

Tried cancelling & did not find it on their site so did it through app store but I still got charged for another month and they did not issue refund when I let them know what happened

Guys this website/app doesn’t guarantee you money back in 3 days as it appeared on their website when you about to purchase. Also they don’t refund you if you didn’t like the app. How we wil know if their app is what we want or not if we don’t try it first . I emailed them right after my purchase but their answer was no for my refund request! So don’t buy if you don’t know their app

First , I was told it is going to be free for one week , then they deducted 10$ from my account, and at the same time 47$ . They told me that I requested a private coach which I didn’t. Less that 24 hours since I downloaded the app , I asked for the refund because my plan was not to pay until I see the app and try it . They told me that they can’t refund me the money . I never used the app since it is super complicated, and I never got my money back around 60$ . As if I threw 60$ money in the trash . I never reviewed an app this bad , but really they are a shame .

It’s impossible to get your money back! The app is not helpful whatsoever!

Bought the app and it stopped working. Now when I open it up it’s just a blank white screen and I have no connection problem. I have service it’s just not loading at all. Used it one day. I want a refund!

The customer service is terrible. I inadvertently purchased coaching not knowing I did until I saw a charge on my credit card. When trying to get a refund I was rejected . This is not how you treat a customer. Don’t buy this product. The company is a scam!

Once you click you can never cancel and get refunded for any reason . After I subscribed for a meal plan and installed the app got a pop up for chat with coach and I thought it is a feature for first time to create the plan and clicked then immediately I got a pop from my credit card about a charge and I cancelled the service with out using it even for once and reached the support for refund and they refused to refund sharing a link saying you won’t get refunded even if you click by accident or not satisfied with the services for any reason. The popup button also didn’t show the charge or say it as paid service. So be cautious to click any link or button on the app. I wouldn’t recommend this app to any of my friends or will use it again

They tell you it will be one price and then steal 3 x more than that the minute they get your card details

By accident purchase the coach assistant option ask for a refund immediately. They refuse it. I not even use the service one day or once at all
