This app intro you promotion to try and one you click on the purchase they unauthorised charge you for extra service without any permission. I paid for the basic 1 month plan for $26.75 and they charged me extra $88.04 more for something call online coach that i never asked for.

Costing is very unclear. Signing up to the introduction plan but was charged an extra cost for extra services which I did not expect. That’s the first overcharge. After the initial trial was over and thinking I had cancelled my subscription by deleting the app I also discovered I had been automatically charged. It’s clear from my history that I have not used the App since the first week yet they refuse to refund me. Dishonest. Obscure wording around billing and ad ons to confuse you and make you spend more. The App itself is also over complicated and not worth the money.

Charged twice when i signed up… no option of refunds on their website or app. Contacting them since 3 days no response. Was told i will be charged a $19 charge but ended up charged roughly $50. Please please do not download or use this scam app. I want my refund immediately!!! I have emailed you 5times you guys are not responding to your emails.. can you please respond immediately. And issue me a refund.

No la bajen . No la bajen ! No la bajen . La aplicación es buena pero si se dan de baja al parecer no les importa y te cobran igual. Yo hace meses me di de baja , no la ocupo , no la tengo instalada ya en mi celular y hoy me apareció un cobro de 36 mil pesos chilenos . Casi 40 dólares americanos. Pésima ahora tendré q bloquear mi tarjeta porq es imposible darse de baja

On the surface… a lovely app until you start getting billed for things you didn’t actually authorise! There are no prompts to alert you that by clicking on another feature of the app you’re going to get billed. It’s very misleading and plain robbery.

I did sign up for the trial and was not happy with it so tried to cancel my subscription and deleted the app. Found out through bank statements that I had been charged multiple times and that my subscription was in fact not cancelled. I understand if I did something wrong and didn’t cancel correctly, but to not contact me when charges were coming up or going through is extremely poor. Made it painful to actually cancel as well; multiple hoop jumping and still harassed me to continue subscription !! $150 absolutely wasted that they sure weren’t going to tell me about

Firstly they are not 5 star rating a look at this app on apple where they cannot control what goes up!!! The carbs in the meal plans are more then I would have in a day. The exercises are basic and same even for different targeted areas. I contacted them for a refund and they refused. I gave them so much feedback from a training point of view and they just responded with a very defensive long winded rant NOT answering any of my actual points or questions. They do not respond in the time promised. They will reply to this comment as they have with others with more lies and vague responses!

I bought a month plan and realised it wasn’t my thing and deleted the app… When I tried to access again to unsubscribe , they had to send me a verification code that never was received. Today I’ve been charged for another month of which I was unable to access the service. I contacted customer service and ,despite being as calm as possible explains what happened, they simply won’t give me a refund as my issue doesn’t fall under the “money back policy”. I honestly feel like I got scammed. Be aware people.
