Very bad!!! I paid for this app, yet I can’t use it.. how does that make sense?? Is this scam???

This is a horrible app designed and developed to cheat . I subscribed just once on the 7th March 2021 and I have been debited every monday until I disabled the card .

You guys should stop debiting me Wtf, I even deleted the app and am still debited every week

One advice Do Not Download or Use!!!

Debits keep coming from The app and really difficult to cancel. Also you don’t see your subscription details on your App Store. Very fraudulent don’t use the app

I made a payment which I thought was one-off and I used the app for a week and didn’t quite like it, so I stopped using it. To my surprise, my card got debited again after a week and I reached out immediately, only to be told that my subscription had been cancelled but I could not get a refund. First of all, there is no where during the payment that it was stated that the payment was weekly, and even if there was, I didn’t confirm that I will be subscribing for the next week, and certainly that means I didn’t authorize/consent to any auto-debiting my card or an auto-renewal. So on what basis was my card charged? Just because I used my card details on the app, it was misused, and despite my complaints, the customer service insisted on not refunding the unsolicited charge on my card. Did I also mention that there is no billing information on the app and you also can’t even see or manage your subscriptions on your account? The lack of transparency and indiscriminate use of payment details makes this app untrustworthy. My advice? - DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND/OR DROP YOUR CARD DETAILS ON THIS APP. I have deleted and will not ever be using again.

Guys this website/app doesn’t guarantee you money back in 3 days as it appeared on their website when you about to purchase. Also they don’t refund you if you didn’t like the app. How we wil know if their app is what we want or not if we don’t try it first . I emailed them right after my purchase but their answer was no for my refund request! So don’t buy if you don’t know their app

First , I was told it is going to be free for one week , then they deducted 10$ from my account, and at the same time 47$ . They told me that I requested a private coach which I didn’t. Less that 24 hours since I downloaded the app , I asked for the refund because my plan was not to pay until I see the app and try it . They told me that they can’t refund me the money . I never used the app since it is super complicated, and I never got my money back around 60$ . As if I threw 60$ money in the trash . I never reviewed an app this bad , but really they are a shame .

It’s impossible to get your money back! The app is not helpful whatsoever!
