In one part of the returns policy they say an $8 fee is deducted for change of mind returns. In another section they say it’s a blanket $8 return fee. Too bad if your clothes don’t fit, you lose $8.
i’ve never written a review for an app before but i feel compelled to tell whoever made this new ui that this is the worst i’ve ever come across. this app is literally unusable. just make a normal shopping app with a normal menu????
I rarely write reviews but this app has compelled me to. It’s rare to have an update that makes an app worse but Uniqlo have sadly done it with this one. The navigation is awful and for some reason there are now no drop down menus to select a product category from the department you would like to shop from. I don’t want to flick through all of your glossy marketing images to find the linen shirts, nor do I really want to use the search function. I see that you want it to look pretty but it is so irritating that features that are standard on other apps like being able to quickly select ‘New In’, or ‘Shirts’ is not at your fingertips. The app now seems a replica of the website which I noticed has the same issues. These changes are annoying enough to stop me shopping online with Uniqlo. I just felt you should hear this feedback as it feels like this has not been tested properly on people who would normally shop via your app. Here’s hoping the next update is better 🤞

Who greenlit the new UI? It’s absolutely unusable. The home page is totally useless and finding anything within the app is such a slog now. Please fix this junk.
Who made this website? It's nothing but a revamp, isn't it? How many times do they make you click until you find a product? And all you get are pointless videos. Basically, people don't watch videos! Are you stupid? Just go back to the original, simple interface. Don't waste your money on useless things. 誰がこのホームページ作ったん?改悪しかないやろ?商品探すまで何回クリックさせるんや!しかも無意味な動画ばっかり。基本、みんな動画みないからな!バカじゃない?元のシンプルなのに戻せよ。無駄なお金使って無駄なことしてんじゃねーよ。
The new version of this app is very disappointing. The user interface is confusing, and I constantly struggle to find the products I’m looking for. The layout seems unorganized, and the videos on the homepage are incredibly distracting. Instead of helping me browse, they take away from the overall shopping experience. I miss the simplicity of the previous version. This update feels like a step backward in usability.
Poor UX, hard to find the entry of the product list. It makes me confused about the purpose of using the app
App is nearly unusable. That’s okay, I’ll try the website. Somehow, the website is even worse than the app!? Why have you removed any semblance of sense or order from the app!? I just want to click on a category, to see what you have available in that category? Can’t seem to stay in the womenswear side of the app either. Gave up shopping, just too hard to navigate. Fix it soon, please…
