Super hard to find where to pay and where to check for our bags

So not user friendly

Long and full of mistakes VERY UNCLEAR UN LUGGAGES WHEN LOOKING AT THE SITE BEFORE CHECK IN AND DURING CHECK IN THE ALLOWEF LUGGAGE INFO CHANGE ! Very iritating Will NOT travel United next time

Due to the fact my debit card is not us I cannot pay for the bags. I don’t understand

I wasn't planning to complain but after the experience I had on my return I have to do so. I am very disappointed with my experience with this airline. When booking, it was never mentioned that I needed a visa for my stopover in the United States, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Furthermore, during flight number UA915 from Washington, I was served a pork burger by a young steward who had no name on his blue sweater… even though I am Muslim and wear a veil, without any adequate alternative. it's so disrespectful and sad to come to this in 2024... I expected a more attentive service and respectful of the needs of passengers. I do not recommend this company and will never travel with them again.

On top of an inefficient design that made me waste time on this app, I was forced to register a credit card and give payment authorization for potential in flight purchases and bags management (I don’t have bags). I’m pretty sure this is not compliant with regulations. I won’t fly United again.

When you check in from the app, the frequent flyer number is transferred half the time. Am not even talking about passport information that are not made available at check in. Obviously the developers never use or test the app.
