From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location. The United Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. I pre-booked a trip as I needed to be at point B at a certain time. No where when you pre-book does it warn you a driver may not be available. So then I have to call and get cheated out of the $2 discount offer. Just today I tried to book and was told the address (again when ch is valid and has been used previously) was outside of the company’s service area... when I called this was not correct, they booked me a taxi by phone, but again was cheated out of the discount offer!
