I appreciate the fact that you can see all your medical information and benefits, etc. in one stop, but I myself would prefer more information on each topic. Seeing how much money you have used and your balance is extremely convenient. I am enjoying the fact that there are challenges that can be performed to earn credit and keep you motivated.
