I want my payment back
I wanted to check the app with the trial period 3 days but unfortunately the app took money for the subscription immediately. I hope it’s possible to return the payment back

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will identify the cost of the renewal. You may cancel automatic renewal and manage your subscription by selecting "Manage App Subscriptions" in your iTunes Account settings and choosing the subscription you want to modify. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.

Crasha continuamente, ti fa perdere soltanto del tempo. L’idea non sarebbe neanche male, ma non spenderei mai per una abbonamento annuale per un qualcosa che anche solo nella prova dei tre giorni non ha mai funzionato una volta sulle foto caricate. Sarebbero soldi buttati.fortunatamente c’è la Prova

It’s awful app!!! I downloaded this app accidentally. I don’t want to use it. I turned off the payment. But the system believes that I have paid for a year. And has been trying to withdraw funds still! I can’t buy anything because your payment has to go first! I can’t cancel your payment or change anything. Do something! I can’t use AppStore anymore because of this app.

Завантажила програму за рекламою. Пробні три дні безкоштовно. Намагалась зробити відео , але нічого не завантажується, треба сидіти по пів години щоб завантажити 10фото у відео, і то не факт що завантажиться. Програму видалила, але за підписку гроші зняло . Ну думаю може програма тупила на пробному періоді. Але ж ні! За гроші теж не працює! Відео однотипні! Редегувати не вдається ! Фото загрузити нереально! Як нею користуватись? Для чого я оплатила 1500₴ щоб зробити два відео по 4-5 секунд?!
