The best CBT app I’ve found so far, extremely in-depth with all of the tools needed on a CBT journey. Especially for those on a budget and who unfortunately cannot afford professional help. Doesn’t feel exploitative like many similar apps. Thanks for making this accessible for so many struggling people out there, and helping shine a bright light in a dark world.

I enjoy Unstuck enough that I pay a monthly subscription for it—I don’t like spending money on too many apps so that says a LOT (they also offer a free subscription for those who are struggling financially!). I use Unstuck in tandem with talk therapy (my therapist actually recommended the app!) and I’ve seen great improvement with how I handle my negative thoughts. Unstuck simply provides a nice and organized way to work through what you learn in CBT-based therapy. My mood always improves on the SUD scale after a journal entry. It’s a sleek app and gives good explanations on what you’re doing each step of the way. It also makes the distinction on proper uses of CBT, which isn’t to invalidate your feelings or to simply put a positive spin on things. I’ve been able to strengthen my coping skills and build a more kinder relationship with myself using this app. Unstuck is an overall great tool for anyone looking to change their relationship with their thoughts, feelings, and behavior!

I never rate apps but this app has it all. Good journaling, mood tracking, beautiful UI, tests, and gives people with financial hardships a chance to get the help they need. Being a broke college student, this has helped me so much. To users: give it a try. You have nothing to lose! It is so worth it. To the devs: please keep going. Your work is so amazing and impacting so many people’s lives in a positive way. Thank you for your amazing work.

I love this app, and I actually use it but I wish there was more variety of coping skill worksheets for CBT or have ACT, DBT, CPT, etc.

I looked this app up, after reading a Reddit post. I downloaded it and was feeling rather anxious at work. On my break, I opened it on my break and took the assessment quiz and my first journaling. Afterwards, I felt so much better. It seems to help me focus!

The journaling prompts are so thoughtfully l written out, I love the options they have to help you complete journaling prompts, the box breathings breaks and check ins. It feels so personal and .. kind of like a hug lol It’s also very thoughtful for them to have a free plan option for people experiencing financial hardship. It is very rare for businesses to offer free help, even if it is for mental help. It really is a big lift off of one’s shoulders. Great job on the quick response also. I love my 1st time experience.

This (very appropriately named) app is fantastic. For a long time I’ve wanted an effective way to separate myself from my OCD symptoms, and this app provides a very in-depth step-by-step process for doing just that when I’m bogged down with OCD symptoms. It provides thought diaries + SO much more that I never even thought of to help me, like reframing thoughts, labeling symptoms, etc. Very good for any OCD sufferer
