### *---- "Worst Experience"
This is the one of the worst govt. Applications, it comes on top. I have been trying for a simple verification but this damn portal never works it always show errors like some problem occurred, something went wrong, buffering or loading sign and then logged out and many more. I don’t understand what exactly happens every time with this app. We try these services online so that time and money could be saved but now i think the earlier hardcopy era was good it took a little bit time but atleast it happened and here we don’t have clue what would happen now.
-- Adi@2711, 2026-09-01

Extremely frustrating experience. I tried registering multiple times, but no verification OTP arrives on my mobile number. An official citizen service app needs a dependable SMS gateway. The app is currently unusable since new users cannot even sign up. Kindly resolve this issue immediately.

The app doesn’t work, it always says sorry some error occurred. This has been the case for over a week. The doesn’t care that we need to get our work done. When the app and website doesn’t work then why switch from offline to online verification.
