Wat een klote app en tracking .tijd is blijven stilstaan bij ups blijkbaar

Er werd niet eens een poging gedaan om aan huis te leveren, mijn pakketje werd direct naar een ophaalpunt gestuurd. Jammer dat dit niet de eerste keer is.

Service horrible colis jamais reçu

Impossible to install, can’t enter my profile.

They lead you to believe that you’ll be able to track your parcel on a map with the app and make you register (and provide your data) to have more detailed tracking options, but it’s not true. The level of information is the same as provided via email: out for delivery with a window of 6+ hours and inaccurate.

The app is just a copy of the mobile website, no intuitive user interface, difficult to find drop off points, no map available

Site compliqué d’utilisation Problème pour trouver l’adresse de livraison Aucun contact pour essayer de trouver une solution avec le destinataire… Svp faite appel à d’autre service !

Le facteur ne vient même pas livrer votre colis et l’envoie directement dans un point relais vraiment des ploucs comparé à bpost
