Reálně horší funkčnost aplikace jsem v životě neviděl. Proberte se, takovym způsobem se u toho štvu už 2h a nikam jsem se neposunul kvůli blbýmu balíku.

Nejhorsi zasilkova sluzba vcetne aplikace k nicemu. Poslete balik sami sobe a reste bezne situace, abyste zjistili jak to nastavit. A nebo se podivejte na konkurenci. V tomto stavu aplikace uplne k nicemu!!!

Když po mě aplikace chce abych dodal informace ohledně adresy tak je ani nemůžu zadat. Údajně technický problém.

This is completely scrap for nothing. App gives you nothing except tracking the parcel (which by the way is the real madhouse, so many steps like “scan in the warehouse” everyday morning, app announced me 37! activities from day of dispatching to delivery🤪). No options to manage your parcel, design not fitting to iPhone 15 screen, sloooooow opening, missing logic at all…

they can't deliver packages even within Europe! in Greece my package was a month old, the app said they couldn't contact me. but no one called me! the app doesn't allow you to change the delivery or contact me about your delivery, it's useless.

They didn’t send me any email for the customs clearance and I only received it after calling the support and spending half an hour asking them to send it to me. Unfortunately it was too late and they charged me extra 40 euro for the package being in the warehouse for too long. Ridiculous.

I haven’t ever had any problem with the deliveries as such, but both the webpage and the mobile app are terrible.. Do you want to quickly check info about your delivered package? Nope, you just must wait for the 5s confetti effect to end. Do you want to change address of delivery? Nope, firstly you must register and then the option to change the address disappears. Does the app tell you that the delivery will be in the evening? Nope, the delivery will be at 10:30 AM 😭 Please do something with the website and the app, I love your service but those are things that make me fell like I wanna just not receive any more packages

What is goal of this app? Can change time/location ? -no Get up-to-date info About parcel? -no Get contact od delivery and arrange time? -no You can check where was your package week ago...that is sad...
