Cant validate email address, error messages are useless, translation is poor and seems done without someone validating it makes sense. Can’t change delivery cause I can’t enter my address online as it has æ in Street name, can’t change in app either cause validation of my email fails.

Jeg syntes det er problematisk at man ikk kan sende en kort besked til jeres kurer. Feks om at de skal ringe som man er blevet lovet. Inden de kommer. ! Så ville de ikke køre forgæves…. Nu hvor jeg bor et sted hvor de ikke bare kan komme ind men skal ringe til mig, jeg kan jo ikke stå i vinduet hele dagen og vente på hvad tid de kommer vel? Så nu må jeg bede om at den bliver udleveret til en access point.

Jeg downloadede denne app da jeg tit er ude for at ups bare vælger det acces point der er tættest på min adresse i km, men da jeg ikke har kørekort, og er afhængig af offentlig transport ville det være nemmere hvis de valgte et andet acces point hvor bussen kører lige forbi…..  Det kan de så af gode grunde ikke vide hvilket acces point der er mest praktisk i den henseende, men jeg havde da håbet at man kunne få lov til at ændre det acces point de nu har valgt til et der passer mig bedre via appen, istedet for man bare får de gængse valg muligheder der alle mere eller mindre er ude i det fri når man bor i lejlighed, som chaufføren kan vælge imellem når han skal aflevere pakken….. det kan jeg ikke bruge til noget at man ikke kan det
