Almost nothing functions
How is it possible to create an app that fails in so many ways? Tried to go to shipment settings, need to enter own address -> fails. Want to see other tracking functions? Join My Choice -> Fails (US only) Basic log in -> Fails, need to rest password -> Fails some times. Etc. Etc.
Doesn’t work on IOS
Endless scrolling, accepting, whatevering and “ooops, we have some technical issues, sorry”
Partially working
Adding an adress does not work because of ”technical difficulties”, so can’t use most of the features like changing delivery. Basic tracking of seeing where a package is going works though.

Literally nothing in the app works, logging in, changing your delivery options, setting an address, phone number..
A terrible user experience.
A terrible user experience. As long as things are going well, it doesn't matter, but when you want support or even a change of pick-up date, you're in trouble. My advice, use a company other than UPS if you want to chat with someone other than a stupid chatbot, all other channels are disabled.

Please end this misery
I end up using UPS approximately every three years because it’s the only delivery option. Every time, it surprises me how the app and the whole delivery experience can still be so miserable. Lots of bugs, tacky UI, inability to edit delivery info, etc., etc. Seriously, it’s almost 2025…
Apple should ban these bad applications from the App Store.

UPS MyChoice apparently not available for non-US addresses, then “Sorry, technical difficulties…”. Pointless.

We are living 2024 and one of the biggest parcel service provider in the world has released such bad app. Looks like it was developed by lawyers. There is no possibility to write from keyboard on the fields even! Come on!
does not work at all
This is the worst app I have on my phone. Nothing is working: it doesn’t find nearby stores, it tracks my package but then it says “no delivery scheduled”, i cannot change the pick up point or delivery date nor anything else, they don’t notice when the pick up point is closed, and more. Frustrating
