For 5 Days I Have Been Waiting For A Delivery, And The Only Way To Get Help Is If You Download Their App, Why? Can’t I Get My Delivery Without Signing Up With You? Can’t I Get Hold Of You Without Having To Add To Your Statistics? Very Disappointed And Still Haven’t Received My Order.

Pathetic how the UPS working. I can’t understand why the companies choose UPS when they want to ship their package to customer. The customer can’t even speak with real person in the customer service. The tracking history not freshing properly. I mean in the sort list i can see for example january 6th for the last update, but when i click on “View all shipping details” their i can see last changing was on janury 8th but it’s doesen’t showing me what really happaned to the package. Also in my experience the UPS one of the slowest deivery company compare to others. I can’t understand that online shops why don’t let the choice to the customer to decide the delivery company

Horrible convoluted set-up. I gave up.

One of the most difficult and non user friendly apps I have ever had the misfortune to use. I had no choice but to download it as my provider used UPS the ship to me. I would never choose to use it.

Bad. Frustrating Unusable. Like everything else about this terrible company.

Some manager wanted to quickly release something so the app doesn’t work but it is at least released.

On the web you can log in with your Google, FB, Apple and other accounts but not in the app! Just wow!

Been waiting for my package and they sending it to another OHHPOD . And Today already arrived in OOHPOD But still have to wait another 3 days for the password ! Such a wasting time and super ugly service

It’s crazy that this company is not able to deliver packages on time and driver are manually updating the packaging status lying about attempts made. This is now the second or third time I ordered from Apple and UPS is not able to deliver the package
