Useless (just like the company)
This app is astonishingly bad. The only thing you can do is sign in. However, it is not possible to store your address or delivery preferences. It does show package status, but when the status is “delivered”, there is no info about WHERE the package is delivered. Someone should get fired over this.

Man, this app is utterly useless. And UPS is the worst delivery company to use as well. Too bad I am sometimes forced to use them.

Remarkably bad
This app gives you nothing and will not solve any problems. The web service is no better. When UPS driver cannot read the delivery address and tries to deliver my package in the wrong city, forget contacting them. This app will give you no options and send you in a digital circle. The package will be returned to sender because of this remarkably bad app. Probably the least user friendly service I have come across. Hard to believe UPS is still in business.
Impossible to log in or register
I’m amazed that the customer facing app of one of the largest shipping companies can be this bad. I advise the management of UPS to try it out.
Useless delivery
The app doesn’t update the way competitors do, and when they get to my apartment building they didn’t even try to locate me and left. I was at home but receive notifications that they couldn’t get a signature from me, when their competitors actually call the doorbell or my phone when they’re outside.
Booo
This is the stupidest app I have ever used. Slower than the web (which also gives me no control over my package), and complete lack of functionality. UPS sucks
Terrible
UPS Mobile app and their service leave much to be desired. I recently placed an order for a friend, and the tracking status inaccurately indicates that the recipient has relocated, despite her staying at the specified address. Furthermore, the tracking system promised to either contact the sender or receiver, which hasn't happened. Unfortunately, my experience aligns with others' complaints on Reddit, suggesting that UPS might resort to misleading statements when they fail to fulfill their commitments.
