Hoping this fixes the problem as messaged by developer.

Bad service, not recommend

TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO SIGN UP BUT THIS APP IS NOT WORKING. USELESS APP. I WONT USED THIS COMPANY FOR MY NEXT SHIPMENT.

My sister sent me a package from canada to Philippines on April this year 2021, until now i haven't received it. They've just declared it as Lost item. DONT YOU EVER send package thru UPS! Its a warning to all of you.

Probably the worst UI design out there. Both mobile and web app.

Just on feb I still track my package but now I cannot tract it anymore!!where is it!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT USE UPS!!!! Very bad service! I recommend DHL or FedEx, spent so much to expedite the shipment yet they are so slow sending out my boxes. DO NOT USE!👎

I have sent a package and until now it hasn’t been delivered yet (it has been MORE THAN 2 MONTHS). Their customer service are not very helpful too. Warning everyone not to use UPS as their courier. Very unreliable! Never again! Wish I can give negative starts.

Everyday I am promised by UPS that my parcel will arrive "today". It has been several days and they make me stay up till 10pm to wait but till now it has not arrived yet. My business is at stake here!

I love it and it’s easy. Fix bugs please if there are any. LOL! I just started using it, so I don’t know yet. Will probably update my review if I encounter any, but over all, like I said, I love it! 💛💛💛💛
