### *---- "Worst parcel tracking app I’ve seen"
UPS service is generally ok but the app is terrible. 

Firstly it doesn’t pick up or save tracking details so constantly having to copy tracking numbers from emails into the app. 

Next, notifications don’t work. I requested email and app notifications as I knew there would be import charges and I’d need to change delivery date. Did I get any notifications? Of course not. 

Change delivery? Don’t be silly, it just keeps asking you to log in when you already are, then to enrol an email which you’ve already done. Chat bot is a pointlessly loop and customer support can’t do anything “for your security”, what a load of rubbish. 

Notice to sellers, please please don’t send stuff with UPS until they fix this app. I’d rather be pushing rocks uphill than be forced to use it.

My address starts with a house name. The app’s address database doesn’t work with house names. I cannot enter my address. So, I’m unable to see my deliveries or record delivery information such as a safe place. Tracking by consignment number alone is not enough reason to use this.

Try to add ‘my choice’ to the app and asks for address, every time I enter address ‘ we are having technical issues’ Expensive item delivered, courier left on door step, didn’t even ring doorbell. I think the delivery had been re-book 3 days in a row previously. Horrendous service

It seems there’s a lack of motivation to improve the user experience on this app, as several glaring issues have persisted for months. One major problem is the inability to change delivery options due to the app’s requirement for an address, which cannot be added. This issue alone is incredibly frustrating and renders the feature unusable.

The browser experience is equally problematic. Despite being logged in, I am repeatedly asked to enroll, which makes navigating and using the platform unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, the app frequently presents irrelevant options that do not align with user needs, further complicating the experience.

Overall, the app feels as though it’s designed to frustrate users rather than facilitate ease of use. After many months without resolution, it gives the impression that user feedback is neither valued nor acted upon.

The app is absolutely awful. You can just about log in and track a parcel, but options to change the delivery date or the delivery address are flat out non-functioning. On both the website and the app you receive error/technical difficulties messages. It is infuriating to be 'offered' the chance to redirect a delivery because you know you won't be in/be there, only to be met with "Please try again later" EVERY SINGLE TIME. This app and this delivery company are a joke.
