Only thing that works in the app is tracking. Every other thing you click on gives you an error message. Been trying to add driver directions for well over a year since the drivers can’t even read a sign with directions. Was hoping they’d notice it in the app or maybe they’re handheld is in multiple languages. Not every company gives the option to pay extra to use a more reliable carrier like F*dEx or US Post to avoid the hassles of dealing with a cut rate shipping company. Stuck with them I guess.

If u respect your customers why I have your app and your app doesn’t have an option with alert when delivery man lives his truck to my door?
Why I have to wait all day long in the house?

Why I don’t see where the ups truck is?

### **--- "Missing “Proof of Delivery” Feature Limits App’s Usefulness"
The app does a good job with basic package tracking, but it’s missing a critical feature: the ability to view, print, or download a “proof of delivery” directly within the app. This omission creates an unnecessary hassle. Whenever I try to access proof of delivery through the website, it redirects me back to the app, creating a frustrating loop. Ultimately, I had to delete the app just to track online through my browser, where I was finally able to view and print the proof of delivery.

Adding this feature would streamline the experience and make the app truly indispensable for users who rely on detailed delivery information. If this feature were included, I’d gladly give it a 5-star rating.

I have dealt with UPS directly for almost 30 years, and have found that the lack of information you get from their app matches the incompetence of their foreign call center.
The times of reliable service are certainly over.
And if you pay for their “premium” service, you’re being taken for a ride even more for the option of will-call service.
The Earth City hub has now stolen a another package from us. What gives??

The worst. Ever. Don’t pay for overnight; if you live in a building it’ll NEVER get to you. And, if it’s a Saturday and the driver “knows” the office is closed; despite standing outside for 45 minutes I watched the driver drive right by the property NEVER even attempted to deliver said package. Any sense of apology from ANYONE at UPS was NON EXISTENT. Every time with them, it’s a complete and utter failure. And their apps; make ZERO attempts at actually being remotely useful.

This app does not automatically update where vehicle is!   I was watching follow my delivery and the vehicle showed to be 15 minutes away for about 40 minutes!  My delivery was made and  I never got a chance to know that the vehicle was moving toward my home

The company is terrible. I’ve had multiple drivers steal packages on camera and filing claims is frustrating to the point you just give up. Some drivers are good and handle with care. Most just throw your package from the open door of the truck. Almost all of them ignore delivery instructions. I have all settings to say my office location and reception closes at 5pm and I’ll get notifications at 10pm that there was nobody available to accept and they’ll try again tomorrow. Will go back and forth like that trying to deliver after hours for a week before they finally come on time! They’ll waste that time and cost but they’ll charge me a fee to pickup at one of their facilities to avoid that. Packages arrive with damages all the time or just get lost in transit. They don’t integrate well with third-party tracking systems. If you’re going to force the use of your app, make sure it’s not hot garbage before you do so. I get notifications that items were delivered when they never were or hours late after it has sat on doorstep. Delivery updates just show “today by 9pm” but allow you to see live tracking of the truck all day. Why? Without seeing route or accurate estimates on when it gets to you, you could just watch it go to every neighborhood around you all day. It’s pointless. The app and web interface are way too clunky. Too many clicks and pages to handle simple tasks. UPS Store integration is worthless and never works and when it does it’s just useless data. Business support is even worse. This app just doesn’t serve any useful purpose over the website (which is also just as bad). Email updates will tell me one thing and this app tells me another. Delivery dates change all the time. It’s a miracle when anything actually does arrive.

Stress, they are not serious with the packages. Say 12/4:00 PM and the packages do not arrive at that time. Even worse is that they change the schedule to 9:00PM. Some people do not even knock on the doors. 1000 times better than other platforms! Hire serious people.

I had a UPS driver today at 2:21pm come up to my door, ring the doorbell & then just leave. He didn’t leave a note on my door telling me when he would redeliver it & it was my insulin pump. When I go on my UPS App to track the delivery, it just keeps telling me “Oops, something went wrong, try again later”. It’s very frustrating to not even have a way to figure out when it will be delivered again. I work during the week days & if I have to sign for it, it needs to either be delivered in the late afternoon or evening. Note *no one ever told me that I would have to sign for it when it was delivered. VERY FRUSTRATING 😤😤😤UPD App is also very frustrating.

I tried logging in multiple times using the correct user name and password I’ve always use on my computer. It just tells me to try entering again. I’ve already done that multiple times but it’s pretty unless if I can’t login in. I wanted to use the app so I could keep track of my package but it’s pointless if I can’t use the app. I would like assistance in fixing this issue so I could maybe change my rating.

So much for thinking that your delivery system is better than the post office. I ordered something from a seller on eBay from Massachusetts and the seller sent it to Michigan (where I live) in which it got here within the state in less than two days. How is it possible for a package to be delivered practically halfway across the country and have it take a week yes a week to get to the delivery location within the state of the package destination? That makes absolutely no sense at all whatsoever. I also found out that you “lack” employees in the United States which I find very hard to believe. Seems like an excuse to slow down your deliveries. FedEx has little to no problems at all delivering their packages every year during late November through the Christmas season. I think I’ll be choosing FedEx for deliveries over you in the future.
