Cleaners are polite and doing mostly good job. However, they keep rescheduling not event time, but date, although I booked with notice. Every month this happens and EVERY SINGLE TIME operator says, vehicle got broken or accident on the road. I think all accidents in Dubai for cars ar only for Urban cars, nobody else or they treat clients like silly people.

Every time the cleaner calls because they are forever confused as to the location. Spoke to their agent and was told refund will be processed. Two days later payment was processed instead. 
There are no contact details for these people.

1. I booked for a service which got delayed and they informed me only when I reached out to customer support, if there is a delay they shd inform ahead
2. Customer call Center (marketing/sales) seems too creepy !! The moment I search something on the app the agent would dial and ask “we saw you searched for service  and haven’t booked anything let us know why!? “ I mean I thought browsing and checking services and pricing (without actually booking anything is allowed right?) how do I block such calls? Guide me pls

I ordered professional on Christmas25/12 At 10 AM.
At 10:18 I wrote to Urban Company that my professional still not arrived.
And they told me, unfortunately there is some issue, but she cannot come, and they don’t have any available, professional in the moment.
So it’s Christmas Day they wasn’t inform me at all that professional will not able to come and they tell it unfortunately for today there is no professional available. They make my day really disappointing and unrespectable at all. I will not use this service anymore. I will better use other company. There is a lot.
