## UrbanPro for Learners Description
Find Tutors, Trainers & Institutes nearby for School, College, Exams, IT Courses

UrbanPro for Learners is an app that helps you find top Tutors, Trainers or Institutes near you.


1. Post a learning need: You can post a learning need for any category such as Tuition's (Nursery-KG, Classes 1 to 12, College or University), Hobby Classes (Dance, Vocal Music, Guitar, Yoga, Cooking etc), Languages (Spoken English, French, German, Hindi etc), IT Courses (Microsoft Excel, SAP, Python etc), Exam Prep (UGC NET, UPSC, IIT JEE,


2. Search & Compare: You can browse the profiles of the Tutors and check the experience, availability and reviews shared by their past students. You can also find an UrbanPro Rating (on a scale of 1 to 5) that is a system-generated rating based on the relative popularity of that Tutor in the categories they cater to.

3. Shortlist & Contact: If you like a profile, you can contact them directly by calling or messaging them. You may also shortlist the profiles and check them later on ‘Search/Shortlist’ screen. You can call or message the Tutor by clicking on the Call/Message icons on the profile screens.

Access assigned eLearning courses and train anywhere, anytime

Take Tests and assignments as configured in the course

I had a terrible experience with this app. I paid money to register as a teacher with the promise of being given access to teach students, but after the payment, I was completely ignored. They took my money and never gave me access to the teaching platform.

I reached out multiple times for support, but received no proper response or resolution. It’s extremely frustrating and feels like a scam targeting educators who are trying to earn honestly.

Please don’t fall into the same trap. This app is not trustworthy and should be reported for fraudulent practices. I hope this review helps prevent others from being cheated like I was.

Good app but it needs improvement for example, there are some issues with the chat. If you send a chat , same record appears twice one as sent and another as unsent. This makes it very difficult to track chats. Additionally sometimes the links to join meetings donot appear correctly like instead of opening in the app it opens on the browser always. Otherwise all good.

Very happy with learning with my trainer Sonal online. She makes learning fun and is very systematic in her approach. Also helps me with diet. I tried going to a gym for a year but didn’t see much results because I was a total beginner and no much support from trainers in gym. Also trainers sometimes keep changing in the gym. I found that what I was looking for in learning online with Ms Sonal on UrbanPro. Thank you!

Couldn’t connect to my paid scheduled class because the app was experiencing high traffic because of which it couldn’t launch my session. Being new to the app, I’m worried if this is a regular scene here. Very disappointing because the session cannot be rescheduled also. Requesting urban pro to look into the matter with urgency so that it is not repeated. It is not ok to waste a student’s time and money owing to technical failures in the part of the app.

This app also provides notifications before starting the class . This is how this app is very effective & professional. They are very fraudulent people, they took 6000 from me and when I say teacher is not so good like on day 4 they said you had passed your date of money back later I find they told that teacher because of bad review no money shall given to you. Please remember it’s just day 4.  They are highly professional people who are well trained in fraudulent scams and tricking people. Please go to other platforms.

We undertook french learning sessions with Pushpalaxmi ma’am. Our experience was extremely good and it has instilled great confidence in my child in picking up the language. Pushpalaxmi ma’am is not only an expert on her subject but, with her teaching methodology she tries to understand the level of the child and then, builds a learning plan and a connect with the child to help him/her come up. Highly recommend her.
