Uride Passenger

Called in a ride payed for it now apparently it’s not showing up and isn’t letting me refund it and saying I need to pay to cancel give me my money back it’s tough out here

Had a very bad ride in a vehicle without functional seatbelts, reported to customer support and was told they’d speak to the driver. Had to point out how this was illegal to be picking up passengers in, and was told that I ‘don’t know what goes on behind the scenes’, when I - the customer who had to ride unsafely - asked for compensation for the terrible service, as any company should offer to someone who rode under these conditions and I, as someone who works in customer service, was amazed I had to even ask for, I was told they didn’t realize I might want this, and thought it was just being a good person. I have the receipts, and will absolutely be posting them on every review service. After twice asking to have this escalated to a supervisor, as this is such awful service, I was ignored. Never use Uride if you want to get somewhere safe!

Charges you when you cancel a ride that hasn’t even been confirmed after waiting for 20 minutes. Ridiculous

Long long wait time it’s always show 5 min for pick up but eventually take up to 1 hour to get a ride

Better then uber

My driver picked me and my boyfriend up and yelled at us for holding hands in the back seat. When he dropped us off, he yelled at us and told us that he was going to get us banned. He reported us to the app, and now me and my boyfriend are banned from the app for life, just because we were two guys holding hands.

Some of your drivers taking unnecessary route which ended up me paying $12 for a 3 mins ride to work. I had a driver who almost drove the entire neighborhood. Home to work supposed to be a 3 mins ride but him ended up a 10 mins ride.

They like to overcharge a hidden fee that doesn’t exist for the same town like Greater sudbury they like to charge it (out of town fee) for inside the same town. But when you ask them about the fee, they don’t like to reimburse you and apologies for their errors and they lock you out for using them because you confronted them. So watch out for their hidden fees.

The small group based in Canada has superior service. Please note the total amount of care & details of start to finish is amazing. God bless🙏

uber,lyft anything is better honestly. our driver picked up 4 random men (the name for the ride was sophie so idk how the driver let 4 full grown men in) then when we tried to ask the men to get out our driver tried to convince us to share the ride with the men which would’ve been eight people in the car. when he first got there he picked the men up and left and left us stranded overall horrible experience with a bunch of really creepy men. if you’re a women make sure to be careful using this app 🙏🏻
