I understand their low ratings! I can't believe they don't have a lower rating! I'd give a zero if possible!

The app keeps logging me off and keeps closing itself as well.

Shipments get posted and you can not effectively communicate with the customer to even see if the load is still needing to be hauled. Fees are outrageous.

We really love the services from the shippers, but the app and website are always down and constantly glitching. Unfortunately, this means we might have to find other shipping sources since it crashes while we're getting a quote. we have tried to reach out to uShip through email, phone call and social media, but we have received no response.

The app interface is awful, no way to communicate with the shipper through the app or get their number once you book with them. App refresh is terrible. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t spend more time making the app better.

Site is the only way to access, this app is pointless

I’ve used UShip many times in the past. But now the app is broken and there is literally zero support or anyone working at this company to help. Highly disappointing

The app will not let me open a shipment. It just crashes. The website works but is very slow. Uship is ok for shipments but it’s hit or miss if you get a good driver. If you’re ok with a complete disaster from an organizational and communication stand point then use it.

This app is a nightmare to work with! Good luck waiting on anything to load. The website isn’t much better. For as much money they charge both carriers and shippers, you would think they’ve invested a little more in their platform.
