USTA Tennis

Already questioning the reliability of this App. The next day after an initial download, it will not function other than a “service issues” related display.

Can’t sign into my account with latest update.

The app (and website in general) isn’t great. The latest update actually broke the app, rather than fixing bugs (let alone, made some improvements)

Got back into tennis after a long break, joined USTA, and couldn’t wait to sign up for USTA league. Eventually gave up. If this app is designed to make tennis an obscure sport only accessible to insiders by word of mouth, let me know, and I’ll change my rating to 5. I work in tech, and I know how hard it is to create apps. I almost never write bad reviews, but this experience was so disappointing from an organization tasked with growing tennis.

Ridiculously inconvenient, user unfriendly, outdated app. It takes 10-15 clicks to accomplish 1 simple task, it does not have a tool to save simple search results, it freezes all the time, errors 300 times daily, always very slow. Unfriendly in mobile version and Unfriendly in desktop version . For organization like USTA which has millions of daily users, needs to invest into a better website and app, but until then all the members are doomed to struggle with this app. If I had a chance would write negative review everyday until USTA move and come up with something that works.

Better than UTR

When you go through all the trouble to search and filter tournaments and then choose one to review the details, it seems it should be a simple thing to provide a “Back to results” option. But nope, going back takes you back to the start where you must search and filter all over again. This is a terrible user experience and one I hoped would be fixed in todays update. Unfortunately that is not the case. I’m also still getting randomly logged out and have to log in and start all over for no reason. Get it together and fix this, USTA!

They pushed some update right as I was using the app on the website and on my phone and now everything is broken horrible horrible computer programming skills.

Functionality is terrible. If you want to go back in your searches, just one page back, you have to restart your search. Same problem on their full site. They upgrade the font but who cares when the app and the site are so poorly designed. Who cares if it looks cool if it doesn’t work? Even with its issues, the old tennis link app was so much better.

I updated the app, and now it doesn’t open tournaments for registration.
