Energy monitoring has been two months away for those without in home monitor for months, now found another app that does this job now, so deleting this pointless app

Promised economy 7 function and insights not yet here.

The app doesn’t list multi rate tariffs such as Octopus Agile or Flux. Also needs to show exported energy.

The app has some good point with respect to energy efficiency and switching. Usage monitoring is pretty useless as it cannot work with Economy 7 or EV duel tariffs.

Unable to connect

I’ve been through the boring form filling 3 times now to try and get a car quote and I just seem to go around in circles. I get taken out of the app into a browser I don’t use on my phone and then you lose all my data. Not really an app is it. Waste of time.

Think it’s trying to find gas meter that is no longer there. Gas meter removed when heat pump installed. Need the app to monitor single meters.

After using this app to try and get more insight. My energy provider no longer receives meter readings for the electric meter. It worked for 3 years previously so doesn’t seems coincidental that it no longer works after connecting to this app. Avoid to prevent yourself problems.

Takes days to show usage - that’s if it shows it at all.

There is nowhere in the system settings that I have found to be able to update my smart meter code number. I wrote to customer service and The stock check our frequently asked questions email. They did not answer all my questions. And I’m quite annoyed with it all.
