If you find that the app isn’t for you make sure you cancel. Canceling is not easy and if get hit with charge and contact them immediately they basically say “screw you”. We got your money and lucky you can use an app for another year. Most companies will give you 7-10 days to cancel if you forget.
I had two accounts and wanted them combined. Don responded very quickly and made it happen. Very excited to use this powerful tool and know there are knowledgeable and professional technicians like Don to assist with any issues.
I had a problem with using the App. Don was great. He identified and solved my problem really fast!
The V1 video app on my iPhone is a great tool for explaining swing thoughts for my students. The drawing tool are easy to use and provides the student instant feedback on their progress. The App stopped working properly on my iPhone. By notifying customer service, they were able to fix the bug in a timely manner.
Be ready to actively manage subscription. No renewal warning, no warning of increased fee, can't cancelbin app or online. Have to send email to support to cancel.
I had an issue with the videos not playing. I emailed And got a quick response that fixed the issue.

What’s been going on with this app lately? Nine of the features are working. I can’t use any of the tools to analyze my videos.
Going on my 3rd year of subscription with V1. It’s setup to auto renew and I forgot to cancel prior to my next year so I was billed for the whole next year. Contacted customer service and let them know I had meant to cancel and asked if they could they make an exception since it was less than 24 hrs since I needed to cancel by to not be charged. They thanked me for being a loyal customer but sorry no refunds. To me this is not how you treat loyal customers who missed deadline by less than 24 hrs. I won’t be back.
