Not wifi connecting
We are having issue with this new update.. our cctv can no longer connect to the wifi and cant connect to the phone.. pleae fixed the issue
good but…
It’s really a big help using this app to monitor the house when we’re away from hime.But then there are times or I guess most of the time that the app when we move to the right direction the ptz control is not functioning. How are we able to see the other part of the area that is needed to be cover. I hope will do something for best service that the app could give. thanks
Playback Issues with Your System
Why is playback so difficult? It always says "no records available" even though it's recording and everything is enabled. I've changed the SD card several times to ones with larger storage. Even when it's still 90%, it says there's no storage left, so I always have to reformat it even if 10% have just been used. Heck! The old version was much better—simple, user-friendly, and hassle-free. I hope you improve your system. I didn't subscribe to the cloud, but it seems like you're making it difficult on purpose to make us spend more money.

Data Leak and Hard to reconnect
Data leak notification appeared. We bought your product and subscribed to your services to feel secure, how is a data breach reassuring of security? Also a pain to reconfigure because the device refuses to connect to both the QR and Hotspot. I am thoroughly disappointed with the app and the product. Worked well at first then just outright died on us. We wont be buying anymore of your products thank you very much.
