This app won’t open on my phone unfortunately

I bought this and it doesn’t open. It gets frozen in home page. I have not been able to see any information.

Loved this app so much that I bought the paid version last year. However, neither the paid version or the free version will open on my iPhone. Super annoyed.

I had the free version and it stopped working and wouldn’t open. So, I paid for the non free version and it still won’t open. Just wasted $4 for a non working app.

I have the free app and it wasn’t too Peking so I paid for the regular version. It will not open either. The app is being censored for iPhone…

This app is amazing, since your doctor won't give you this info it's up to you to search the internet and library for all this stuff. This app has it all neatly organized in one spot. It's a must have app for sure!

Since Doctors these days don’t believe in Informed Consent .... it’s hard to get your hands on the actual inserts. With this app, you have them all in one organized place!!! Thank you for putting this together William!

It's great to have the inserts, schedules and access to VAERS in one place. I would love the ability to download forms.
