The CAPTCHa prompts are inconsistent and not practical for use. Why prompt a user for this when they log out, instead of when logging in? I always connect from the same device, yet I get promoted. When I am prompted, it doesn’t even make me select images before moving past. What use is this, besides a speed bump for users?

I am so tired of getting this every time I log on it is ridiculous.

The date format used to be incorrect at the beginning of each month, but I could open the calendar and correct it. Now, it is always always defaulting to D/M/Y, and the calendar won’t open at all. Now, the only way I can correct the format is to open Single Transfer, manually switch to Multiple Transfer, and then switch to Single again. It is a real hassle and should not be happening. Please fix!

The app works well on every iPhone I tried it on, however on the iPads the scrolling feature (selecting accounts etc..) does not work.

Can’t make a payment to a VS mortgage loan from the app. Transfer options are different in app than desktop link to mortgage site. Mortgage site only accessible from a PC, which aren’t commonly owned in today’s mobility focused society.

I might just not see it but it would be very nice to be able to see both account and routing numbers in the app. If I need to access my account number, I only get part of it which isn’t very helpful if I need both. Again I might just not see the option to view it, just saying it should/could be much simpler to view it. Otherwise it’s a beautiful design 9/10 honestly.

System frequently going down or malfunctioning. Very frustrating.

Account Details is not loading… It mentions “Something went wrong”. Please update! Thx.

This is 2023 and the mobile check deposit doesn’t work WTH .
