Does not connect to dashcam and access settings are not an option on the app. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Where can I find out my downloaded video

I was afraid I had bought a terrible camera after reading a lot of these reviews, but the app worked just fine for me. The camera connected to my phone quickly, the steps were simple, and I was able to view videos on my phone and change settings on the camera via my phone. Simple to navigate, easy to use, would be great in the event of having to show a cop a video quickly in a traffic dispute.

I recently installed my new dash cam after 5 months later and for some reason it connects to the WiFi but during my drive it disconnects and whenever I try to join my dash cam it says joining failed. I literally have to turn my car off and on in order for the WiFi to come back and connect to the dash cam. Also my previous dash cam has all videos all saved once your done driving onto the app, with VANTRUE they make it difficult because in order to see your videos you have to be connected to the dash cam if not it won’t let you see your previous drives. With the previous dash cam I had they make it less difficult and all videos are saved once your done driving, No hassle by taking sd card and connecting it to your computer STEP IT UP VANTRUE

The camera works great.. 3-way video collection and audio clarity are superb. The App is ok, my biggest issues.. 1.. I wan’t to search for videos by date.. 2..ability in app to download to photos from the App Library. Not having this is annoying as it forces you to download them via cable or remove SD card and connect to a pc. Come on guys.. put the export function in the app..

I have an older Vantrue wifi dashcam, but I cannot add it to the app because it only supports newer dashcams. I guess I won’t be buying Vantrue anymore. If they’re not gonna support the cameras after a few years. I got in an accident and couldn’t download the video. I had to do it on my computer at home.

I wasn’t checking because the camera was powering on and was syncing perfectly fine to the app. My camera stopped syncing to the app at the end of January when the latest app update was released. I’ve switched memory cards, reformatted, factory reset and this camera doesn’t sync to the app.

I normally don’t write reviews, but when you spend this kind of money for dash cam, a review is a must. Every time I’m trying to connect my i phone to the dash cam so I can download videos. It continuously disconnects, this has been going on for the last past month, I wish I can get my money back. Great dash cam horrible app.

I really wanted this camera to be great, but outside of design it is not. The most important aspect of a dash cam is to be capable of instantly retrieving dash cam footage whenever needed. This App fails miserably at doing so. Extremely frustrating.

Why can’t I fast forward or rewind in the app, I have to sit there and either watch the whole thing or have to restart the video if I don’t want to download it
