No secure app my all date delete ane no recovery ane no customer service reply

Last year i was able to inport hidden photos from my photos app but now hidden album in not visible in the app How to impot hidden photos in the secure vault app ???

I am using it had a back with i cloud o change my phone and on the new phone when I install this app again and i see there are no photo’s i do not know how to recover can anyone help me with it

I am not able to recover my data from the app I mistakenly delete from my phone I have added my recover mail id also, but it is not showing any recovery or through the iCloud backup too Any advice regarding the same?
