This app is horrible, I always have to repair my safe and my easy access adapter. When repairing the app crashes. Straight trash

Update: 9/6/23 Still junk! Bluetooth connectivity issues, no push notifications and clunky old and outdated UI. Customer service? None, which is even worse. Zero stars from me! 1/18/23 Abandoned junk! Doesn’t work. Previous Review: This app is awful. For a high dollar safe the app is low quality. Still not optimized for larger screen phones. Support told me over a year ago (June 2020) that updates were coming. Uhhhhh ok. Need a reliable gun safe? Stay away from VAULTEK. Many other better choices.

Following instructions on App, completely unable to pair with safe. App isn’t much good if I cannot pair with the safe.

I bought my slider series 2 yrs ago. Just got around to getting it mounted and working. Love the safe. Very dissatisfied with the Bluetooth feature. It’s nice for a day until it can’t find the safe. I have done the soft reset and started over 4 days in a row. It just doesn’t stay connected. Bluetooth was the reason I bought the one I did. Should have save my money on that feature. App needs a huge makeover or safe needs better connectivity. Or maybe if you can’t seem to make it work quit selling a Bluetooth version.

Absolutely garbage. Cannot even get it to find my safe. Glad I spent so much money on something I can’t even use to the fullest.

App keeps crashing.

The app works perfectly fine on my iPhone 12. Looks a little lackluster but works 100% of the time.

Will not pair. Gave up on thousandth time. Great safe but the app is trash.

Doesn’t record tampering events or access using key. You can enable the keypad to alert when the key is used or the lock is picked but it doesn’t actually record the event. Since the safe can be picked in about 30 seconds (see youtube) this is critical info to record. Wish I knew this before purchase.
