So they’re declining my request and transactions to either transfer money to another bank or debit card and worst of all they’re declining my transactions to make payments on my car. So theres the context Iam speechless… here is their response “We completely understand why you’d feel that way. And I’m sorry for the frustration. This has caused you. Unfortunately, these declines are generated automatically by our security system and we are not provided with a specific reason as to why nor do we have the ability to override these decisions I know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, especially since you need to access your funds for important payments. Since the card transactions are declining. You available options at this time. Would be to use PayPal if possible. Or withdraw the funds in cash using your Venmo debit card at your local ATM.
