Validation of non-QR code vaccination certificates is suboptimal, it takes too much time

Spent so much time filling it out and the it is not recognised in the BA app. Tried switching to my phone and the trip disappeared. Now I can not create a new trip as the booking number is not recognised

Simply won’t find flights for me and others who are forced by British Airways to use it. Horrible, useless app

Troede jeg kunne tjekke ind! Min bare … nu kan man sidde her med 7 mennesker inkl børn og ikke kan tjekke ind. Gad vide om vi overhovedet kommer til at sidde sammen

It says I’m redy to fly, but apparently, the BA homepage cannot see that and will not let me check in. My initial flight from CPH to LHR the app cannot address.

The worst app! I am so frustrated that I have to use this app just to travel to the US. I have spent so much to upload my COVID vaccine and still I can’t check in online.

Difficult to select the right flight as record locator is only in beta. Second issue is the fact that the report Danish/EU vaccine QR as recovery certificates. So a manual reporting of dates and upload is required.
