Only airline available on the app is American Airlines. What happened to the rest. It was bad during Covid when British airways demanded it. Even worse now.

The Airline Drop down menu on IPhone only offers American Airlines, which is not much use unless you’re flying with them! I’m travelling with British Airways, SAFair & Air Mauritius, but according to the Drop down only American Airlines exist! I’ve deleted & downloaded the useless App several times & it’s still the same. Also IF I could complete the information why am I limited to only viewing the information on one device? I’ve given up it’s too much hassle to bother with!

Used successfully in the past but now it will not load new flight. Cannot get beyond ‘choose airline’ as the app is apparently stuck on American Airlines and won’t allow me to change it!

This is the best application for sorting your travel documents

A completely pointless app when there’s a discrepancy between what it tells you and what it tells the airline - in my case, American Airlines. It never resolved the problem and I had to check-in physically at the airport.

It didn’t show the airport of the first of two flights when I went to setup so couldn’t complete correctly. Also the email was undeliverable and no help function to talk to anyone. Poor experience that took a long time.

Excellent customer service following issue with the airline. App itself is fine. Manual documents verified very quickly.

On the tin

I only downloaded this app as I was having a problem with BA, but it’s a rate of time! I started to enter details of my journey only to find that when selecting the Airline, there are only 3 options available, none of which include BA??? Totally pointless app if it doesn’t present a comprehensive list of available airlines!
