Al aantal malen app geprobeerd te gebruiken. Loopt vast ook na upgrade vandaag. Gebruik IPhone met IOS18.2

Sinds de nieuwe app niet mogelijk te schakelen naar downloaden polisblad van bv auto gegevens groene kaart. App schakelt meteen terug naar vorige pagina. Zo kan ik niks opzoeken en inzien. Melding: ‘het is niet gelukt het verzekeringsbewijs te downloaden’. 
Dit is Niet handig. Ook buiten de app via internet inloggen is dit niet te raadplegen helaas. Graag snel app updaten dat dit wel weer mogelijk is. Bedankt.

Als je inlogt en bij je schades wil kijken stopt de app en moet je opnyinloggen en dan krijg je hetzelfde

Helaas kan ik via de app het polisblad niet downloaden en/of zien. Aangezien er ook geen papieren versie is, is het niet mogelijk om in mn eigen polisblad te kunnen kijken.
