Can’t add a 2nd Vespa on the iOS app. Add vehicle button is missing

I am unable to add my Vespa Urban Club. The option is not there.

I bought the Vespa Supertech and the tech part has never worked and this app doesn’t connect! Yesterday, I received and software update on my Vespa and bought the extended connection for 3 years and it still doesn’t work. I want my $ 24.99 back. There’s no customer number to contact.

This app worked great. Up until one day it just didn’t connect, at first it would connect to Bluetooth and app as soon as I started the bike, but now it won’t connect at all and my Bluetooth has to be connected manually each time, I’ve tried to reconnect the app numerous times but it won’t connect. I am going to uninstall and reinstall app to see if it will work. For this reason I give 3 stars, I will update if it changes

At first, over 2 years ago, it seemed to work half the time, and after I hadn’t played with it, since now, it will not even recognize me. I can’t even get signed in.

I’ve tried everything followed. All tutorials vespa even told me that I was doing everything right. Apparently Italy was just on vacation and I was told not to expect to fix for weeks. This was a feature of the scooter and it’s TFT display. I’m not happy.

Iran has many Vespa but application doesn’t work in iran country

I’ve reset pairing, even rebooted my phone and still won’t connect to my 2023 GTS Super Sport, Bluetooth integration was one of the primary reasons for purchasing the Super Sport over the base or Super model. Even when I have my iPhone 14 Pro connected the connection the app refuses to connect. I’d give it lower if it were possible.

The app could be great, hopefully Piaggio is working on making it better. It would certainly be nice to have connectivity for more than one Vespa Supertech or 150S model, we have three of them and can only connect one at a time!
