Viator helped me rebook a cancelled booking & was so amazing. Cancellation was completely my fault, but they helped me right away & we are so grateful!

The app should have a date format and if times you out, often leading to enter all info again.

No place did it show if the tour I picked was in Can or US very frustrating

There are many glitches with their services and it cost me a large sum today for a tour I did not even take due to these communication issues. They were not helpful in resolving these issues. I highly recommend avoiding using them and booking directly with businesses.

We use Viator in every city we visit and it has never let us down. The best tours- art, history, culture- they always seem to connect us with the most wonderful tour guides who are incredibly knowledgeable. Recently, we have used them in Lisbon, New York City, Amsterdam, Prague and Vienna. Would highly recommended!

Read all sorts of reviews before we booked and saw feedbacks on cancelled tours. Ended up getting our $557 private tour cancelled on the spot due to an arbitrary no-show. The operator and customer service tried to trick us into taking the entry tickets (and thus a partial refund), literally charged 200+ dollars for two arena tickets which are €24 on the official website. It is absolutely appalling that Viator tries to make money at the expense of their customers in these unfortunate situations that they have enabled. So book with them if you like NASTY surprises to ruin your day and want to be completely stranded for hours fighting on the phone for a basic refund while getting serious sunburns. It was so egregious I had to voice record my conversations with the operators.
