So rude! I wanted to try the app for a week, I chose it, and they charged for a year. I wrote to them right away that they charged for a year and they didn’t cancel the payment, even though , they cancelled the access to the app.

Hello My daughter signed up for this app She used it once , I guess it works fine but we asked to unsubscribe and they keep charging us weekly !! I really hope to get a refund
