Not refunding the items not delivered goods.and delivering moor quality vegetables. And poor response from the group. Pls avoid this app

While creating cart its showing less price and when making payment its showing rs 5 more than shown in cart

I recently ordered from Vijetha App twice and the same sales person called me to tell me that there are a few items not available. He is extremely arrogant and head strong and talks very rudely. I will have to stop ordering from the Vijetha App and if this continues.

Even after the order is placed, the cart doesn't show empty. It still shows the previous order items in cart, needing to delete manually each item while placing next order. Very Bad customer experience.

I ordered a few vegetables 2 days back. Rest of the vegetables were fine but cauliflower they delivered, was full of worms. I sent them an email attached with the images stating the same within 2 hours of delivery . The response I got is “we sent fresh item, in this case we won’t refund/ replace “. Pathetic thinking, they are not even apologised for such products, they just thought I want that 30/- back. They didn’t even acknowledge that they will take care of quality of the products. I don’t know which kind of people they hired as customer service executives. You guys are utterly a “ZERO”.

Installed app and I see that it’s good for scheduled delivery but not useful for instant delivery, when we have time for scheduled delivery then we can directly go and purchase right, I am sure Zepto or Blinkit are much better than this one. However Vijetha in person shopping experience is good and much cheaper compared to other super markets.

I placed order at 1:40 pm for the slot 2 to 3pm but the order was not even delivered by 3:40pm. At 3:10pm I wrote an email to vijetha they responded like we will check and make it faster. At 3:40pm I made a call to the corresponding help centre then a delivery partner is assigned but till now the products were not delivered.

There are multiple issues after 4.2.0 update Can’t able to select the product as well.
