Please fix it
It says error try again when I have my WiFi on but when I have my data i can watch without a problem.Also my WiFi works fine on other apps why does it do that?

Infuriating/ useless support
One you get stuck with the false proxy/vpn error there is no support, nothing to help you. I have sent several tickets to them and they don’t even reply. I am not using a vpn or proxy server. I paid for an annual subscription and then I wasn’t able to stream. I had to cancel. Don’t use Viki. It’s the worst platform. They simply don’t care if you encounter a problem, which they can’t fix and blame you for it.
