I’ve tried to verify my email numerous times to buy the Viki Pass, but IT DOESN’T SEND ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!!!!! This is SO annoying please fix this.

I rate this a three because whenever I wanna watch a series and like on the 2nd episode it just stops working and won’t load
amazing but there’s an error or a glitch
So I had this app for a year now and I love it but I hate that u have to pay for some of the episodes like in true beauty and also whenever I want to watch a show it like has this weird bug where it’s literally frozen and I can’t do anything about it i tried deleting the app wnd then reinstalling it but it still doesn’t work ;( pls fix this or I will not give this a 5 star and I really wanted to but I just can’t right now >;(
