Unfair Bans
I’ve been banned twice on Vinted without doing anything wrong. Both times, it seems the bans were triggered by automated systems or AI scanning my account. While I appreciate that my appeals were reviewed and I was reinstated with apologies, it’s frustrating that these bans happened in the first place. It feels as though Vinted is too quick to act without gathering proper evidence, which impacts users unfairly. I hope they improve their processes to ensure genuine users aren’t penalised without cause.

It’s normally such a great app but lately it’s been blocking me friends and family then when we reach out they send an AI generated email not personalised I sent 3 emails and got the same replies every single time ,and it won’t let me log out of French Vinted no matter how many times I change it
Customer support is dreadful & useless.
Con merchants. Their buyers protection they force you to pay is fake and isn’t applicable. Inpost, their partners, delivered my parcel to an incorrect destination, they even have pictures to prove it but because Inpost say it’s been delivered then it’s tough. I’m now out of pocket and Vinted refuse to help or refund me. If you’re an iOS user dont choose to collect your parcels because rarely will you be able to receive a collection code. I’m done with Vinted. Customer service are rude and unhelpful
Fix your notifications
I cannot get rid of my notifications in my inbox . I favourite a lot of stuff so the algorithm knows what I like but then whenever something happens I get notified about it. HOW IS THERE NO read all BUTTON. Please it’s a small problem but pmo so bad. The only way to get rid of them is to go one by one which is so tedious.refreshing it does nothing
