Great app easy to read font
Well designed and easy fast navigation when booking and checkin
Platinum? More like Rust!
You make it intentionally impossibly for a Platinum member to ever claim any benefit eg business class seat upgrades. And you need a complaints process for your complaints process.
How many tickets?!
Good app but when booking on v2.42.0, the number of seats is not shown - tricky if booking two or more. Please include in the next update.
Payment declined for seat selection
I wasn’t able to select a seat and pay as you wouldn’t accept the card
Don’t download
Can’t use this app to check in for your virgin flight iif you have a flight from from another airline in the same booking which makes this app useless, have asked virgin to fix but they are either unable or unwilling. In short poorly designed app with little effort or thought
Broken
Virgin nickel and dimes me for the pleasure of choosing my own seat, then the payment flow to hand over the money is broken, forcing me to get seated randomly, away from my partner who booked her flight separately
Glitchy check-in
When it works it’s good. When you need to check-in it shows up blank. Every time!
Don’t nag for reviews
The app is fine, but stopping me accessing the app to ask for a review? Less fine.
