Disappointed
Denied any welcome offer as I used an excluded payment method - how on earth is my physical bank debit card an excluded method?? I read through all the terms and conditions before depositing and placing a qualifying bet to make sure I would qualify and could not see any issue.

660 deposit i haven’t managed to cash out anything. Not bonuses no win honestly designed to take the money and not give anything back
Better
Better than other site I’ve previously used, as a punter you’re given every chance to get on along with all the other info needed make sensible bets.
Don’t bet
cash out unavailable 95% of the time, it's almost the same as betting on a ticket and waiting for the games to end, don't use it
Spins
Good app, my only gripe is the spins. It keeps on spinnng and never stops so you have to come off it and go back onto the game. Sometimes it even keeps the money
Not user friendly
The apps ok sometimes buggy especially with notifications as on many occasions I’m not notified about a goal etc. It’s not very user friendly or easy to navigate, my main issue is upon searching for football events it shows events at later dates at the top which I often select the wrong match, it makes no sense! Not as many events as the main or top bookies apps. No option to reuse selection once it’s cleared from the bet slip.
Average
For the most part I actually don’t mind them but the fact they don’t offer the same range of bets for the cash out that some others do means you either win or lose all the time with no option to even do that unless it’s on teams to win. I’m off to sky, bet365 or paddy power
Can’t withdraw
I’ve changed banks and won on a free bet but I can’t withdraw because I haven’t deposited with a my new card. I can’t deposit due to the deposit limit set up. Why can I do it on other betting app but not this.
