Virgin Money Mobile Banking

This is by far the poorest bankinh app I've used. What's more when I raised points with the bank i didn't get a reply nor a meet acknowledgement that my suggestion were even read. Buy me out Step-Bank, youre not my real bank.

Good banking practice. Glad I got with them. Is pretty straight forward, few glitches but minor and fleeting. Feels solider than some of other banks

I am extremely dissatisfied with Virgin Money and their atrocious customer service. I have been dealing with an issue where my funds are stuck in a closed account for over a month now. Despite sending more than 20 emails, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. When you try to call their customer service, it takes at least two hours to get connected to someone. After finally getting through, they ask you a series of security questions only to transfer you to another department where you end up waiting for hours again. It’s an endless, frustrating cycle. To make matters worse, they don’t have any branches in London, and most of their branches are closed. This lack of physical presence makes it even harder to resolve issues. It feels like they are just scamming people and holding onto their money without providing any real service or support. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful and anxiety-inducing, especially for someone with health concerns like myself. I strongly advise anyone considering Virgin Money to look elsewhere. Their service is abysmal, and they do not care about their customers at all. Avoid Virgin Money at all costs.

I am now unable to open the app when not on WiFi. It brings up an error screen but as soon as I connect to any WiFi it allows me to open.

App is constantly down and not allowing you to access. Absolute pain when you need to authorise a payment which is impossible. Was 80% better when it was Yorkshire bank. A lot of work needed to improve

I recently updated my app to version 24.13 and now app is crashing upon login using Face ID. I needed to make a payment and now I cannot because of that. Nearest branch is also miles away. Highly disappointed. How is this even released without proper testing.

Helps keep track and very easy access to my accounts

One of the lowest now. Pathetic.
