The cruise is much better than the App. If you judge by the app to get on board you will cancel your trip. Accepts photos of yourself and your passport randomly. Even on follow up cruises it appears quite random and frustrating. Once on board it is a little better but still much worse than others in its class. Come on guys look at your app reviews… try a complete redo of your attempts to judge the clarity of an image… it is a frustrating horror story and quite inaccurate. I know quite a bit about digital photography and virgin failed on this front!!!!

I have a trip coming up and I’ve noticed this app makes my iPhone 15 pro hot esp in the top left corner when I have it open even just for a few minutes. Not sure why. Seems like it’s draining the battery quickly. I’m hoping they investigate this bug before our cruise so my phone isn’t draining just from opening the app!

The app does not work. It will log you out every 5 min and not save any of your information. Better off just using the website.

The app is fine. No problems with the functions, but it drains my battery 20% in about 10 minutes. Heats my phone up immediately, can feel extreme heat even through the phone case. Please fix this 😊

I’m surprised that such low ratings didn’t prompt the development team to correct. Took over 1 hr to do a simple task of booking reservations. Cannot log in afterwards. Why do these ‘engineers’ still have jobs?

Can barely book shore excursions. App crashes while processing transactions and it isn’t clear if it completed or not. Once onboard the boat it tends to work better, but there is a serious issue between the app and the servers. I don’t know if Virgin needs to step up their server approach, but it’s pretty bad.

The cruise itself was amazing, but the app was not. We are supposed to do everything through the app, but how can we when it doesn't load?

This app is hot garbage.

It barely loads and it’s extremely frustrating, their cruises are a great product, this app not so much.

I have to constantly delete and then reinstall this app to work, it’s annoying. Please fix this
