We have now been on 2 cruises with Virgin. The experience on our last cruise was very disappointing. I've just tried to use the app to review our next cruise and it keeps crashing. Interesting that when calling Virgin the first option on the menu is Technical Support.

App once on board can not be accessed from off ship wifi. Rather useless when on shore leave. Overall a clunky app. Booking features rarely work

Cmon Richard, this is not up to the standards you would want if you were cruising. Fix the app, buggy as hell!

Nothing works and you can very rarely even log in. This App would have to be one of the worst ever!

Given this app is crucial to being able to enjoy your holiday this app needs work! Onboard experience is all managed via the app, so give how temperamental it is it can cause frustration. About to board my third VV and hands down this is the worst part of the whole VV experience.

You can make yourself a cup of coffee whilst the app is looking for the next shore destination. I am also still waiting for the second part of my trip to appear more than 2 weeks after confirmation of rebooking by their Australian agent. They also use their own abbreviations for ports which make no sense to anyone else. This app is supposed to make my life easier on board?? Come on, join the 21 st century.

This app frustrated me so much that I was in tears. What could potentially be a lovely experience was spoiled by an app that kept crashing and did not deliver. If all info is in the app then it must function properly. Sailor services can’t just pretend that it’s all OK . It’s not OK . It’s diabolical.

All I can say they must have gotten a kid from high school to develop this app ….BBBBBUGGY For a big company…UNBELIEVABLE DARE YOU TO ASK Richard TO USE …..100% sure you will not

The app and The Band make travelling with Virgin Voyages a breeze. Contrary to most reviews, I didn’t have any issues with the app - it worked almost perfectly with only a minor bug found when viewing restaurant menus (it would randomly close the menu). Booking restaurants (with others in your wider travelling group), requesting immediate house keeping or service desk help, keeping an eye on your expenses, as well as viewing real-time notifications and entertainment schedules makes it highly useful and frequently used throughout the cruise, with little need to interact with staff.

This app constantly crashes we book the restaurants on land. It is horrible to use
