Network issue on both mobile app and tv

Please resolve the issue asap.

Not working at all [update]

I have a premium account, but app on TV (Network error), phone (error A0001) and iPad are not working at all. It can’t be network error - Disney + and Netflix are still working on my devices. It has been days or weeks… I lost track. Please fix the issue. 24 June - the app is working now. Thsnjs

Error code A0004

Paid for premium but cannot load the app after!

Network error

Paid subscription but keep getting network error when my network is fine and no issue on other app. Keep asking to check internet connection

Connectivity NON-EXISTENT! All other apps work EXCEPT VIU.

All other entertainment app has no issues connecting and loading up. Viu cannot even open up its landing page! There's no connection error...just massive app issues.

Very bad

Keep facing issues loading the app. Waste money subscribing to a non usable app.

Always says no connection

App freezes & says no connection whenever i watch few episodes. I can use other apps just fine with my data connection. I have to restart the app / reinstall whenever the error appears. Might not continue my subscription.

Connection Error

App keeps showing connection error on both wifi/5G.

App needs a lot more work

Worst app ever. Paid for the subscription only because they have exclusive rights to many of the Korean dramas and variety shows in Singapore. The app is often down, almost every other day. It’s tough to watch a show using viu, be it mobile app or tv app.
